Remains of Early Bronze Age (2650-2350 BC) Structures from Tel Jericho or Tel es-Sultan. These and following (Middle Bronze Age) structures were once considered to be the part of Jericho at the time of Joshua (remember the famous walls of Jericho?). However, today archaeologists predate the ruins with respect to Biblical times (1400-1200 BC) and so far have not discovered anything significant from the time of Joshua in Jericho.
