The New Archaeological Excavations-City of David.The First Cent AD- palace of Queen Helene of Adiabene.

Uncovered in December 2007, the area is dated from the first century AD and belonging to the family of Queen Helena of Adiabene. She converted to Judaism, made a pilgrimage to Jerusalem, and was subsequently buried there.
