The Eshkol Reservoir.

The reservoir is part of Israel's National Water Carrier, that begins from the Sea of Galilee. Here water is tested and disinfected before distributing to the other parts of Israel via closed pipelines. The reservoir is named after former Israeli Prime Minister, Levi Eshkol, who was the founder and first managing director of the national water company of Israel.
