Al-Kas (The Cup) or the Place of Abulation (Purification)-Temple Mount, Jerusalem. Its the green fenced structure.

First built in 709, the fountain is used by the Muslims for ritual washing before prayers. An ancient aqueduct from Solomon's Pools in Bethlehem is believed to have supplied water to this fountain. Mameluk ruler Tankaz es-Nasr restored the fountain in 1327.
